The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing. I found dirt around the edges of the bathroom floor, and the toilet seat had rubber stops missing, which made it wobbly when seated. parking was challenging as all spots were occupied unless you got lucky.

The Mercure in Alice Springs offered a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with touches like a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV, and a good shower that added to our comfort. Enjoyed the well-placed seating area for relaxation. The restaurant had excellent food. I especially liked the atmosphere during dinner, despite the service being a bit slow. A good selection of drinks at the bar was a plus. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms, which was inconvenient. There were also some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, such as rust stains and missing grout. With that said, its proximity to the town center was a highlight, making it easy to explore. I'd recommend it for its facilities, but the issues do need addressing.

Comfortable beds|Good shower pressure
The bathroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with reports of muddy footprints and hair remnants from previous guests. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, and noise issues from the lack of elevators made lugging bags a hassle. Plus, limited breakfast options and some expired items certainly didn't help the experience.

Alice Springs vibes 🌅
Lekker comfy bed and the brekkie was a real treat with fresh fruit and yogurt. Evening meals were on point too, really enjoyed the variety! Staff were friendly, which made it all the more enjoyable.
Just a small downer was the smoky smell at the entrance, eina!

The stay was enjoyable, especially considering the close proximity to several attractions like the Olive Pink Botanic Garden and the Alice Springs Reptile Centre, both a pleasant walk away. I appreciated the comfortable room and the great restaurant on-site, featuring a diverse menu that included local ingredients like Australian farmed barramundi. there were a few cleanliness issues that could use improvement, particularly in the bathroom area.

My stay was quite memorable, the delux king room had a stunning view across the Todd River with those beautiful red river gums. I loved having breakfast just steps away, the buffet was comprehensive and after my 6-day trek? It was just what I needed.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly it was worth it.
